This beginner-friendly permanent makeup course teaches the full process for performing permanent brows, permanent eyeliner, and lip blush. It covers tools and machine setup, pigment selection, skin assessment using the Fitzpatrick Scale, sanitation, client consultation, and aftercare. Learners will also review how to research and meet their own state and local licensing, training, bloodborne-pathogen, and facility requirements. By the end of the program, students will understand how to plan and perform foundational PMU services safely, professionally, and within their scope of practice.
