Terms and Conditions – Beauty Business Mentorship Program

By enrolling in the Beauty Business Mentorship Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program offers three duration options: 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week mentorship packages, each providing varying levels of support, guidance, and access based on the selected plan.

 

1. Program Access & Commitment

Once enrolled, you will receive access to mentorship sessions, resources, and communication channels as outlined for your selected package. The 2-week program offers short-term, intensive support; the 4-week plan includes more in-depth strategy and implementation guidance; and the 6-week package provides extended support, ongoing accountability, and deeper business development coaching. All sessions must be used within the scheduled program period and cannot be extended beyond the timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been arranged. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation or completion status, as spaces are limited and resources are allocated in advance. You may request to reschedule a session within your active mentorship period, but rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

You are expected to participate actively and complete any assigned tasks or homework in a timely manner to get the most out of your mentorship. This is a collaborative process, and while guidance and strategy are provided, your results depend on your effort and implementation. No guarantees of income, client growth, or business success are made.

 

4. Confidentiality & Conduct

All discussions during the Program are confidential. Sharing any proprietary materials, recordings, or private information provided during mentorship without written consent is strictly prohibited. Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in termination of your participation without refund.

 

5. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update or modify the structure of the Program and its terms at any time. If changes occur, you will be notified in advance. We also reserve the right to terminate participation in the Program if there is a breach of these terms.
